Australian Online Safety
At Dola, we care about your safety while using the app. We provide a number of tools and resources relating to user safety that allow you to only access appropriate content on the app, as well as report content that does not follow our Community Guidelines. Additionally, we are committed to complying with requirements set by the eSafety Commissioner (eSafety), being Australia’s independent regulator for online safety. Information on our compliance with these requirements and the role and function of eSafety is set out below.
Community Guidelines
Our Community Guidelines apply to everyone and everything on Dola. The Guidelines provide guidance on what is and what is not allowed on Dola to help foster an informative, safe and entertaining experience for users. We actively enforce these guidelines using a mix of automated and human moderation and aim to proactively do so before users report potentially violative content to us.

Reporting content on Dola
We encourage our community members to use the reporting tools we provide on Dola to report any content or account they believe violates our Community Guidelines, which includes harmful and illegal material.
Illegal and restricted online content refers to online content that includes the most seriously harmful content, such as images and videos showing the sexual abuse of children or acts of terrorism, as well as content that should not be accessed by children, such as simulated sexual activity, detailed nudity or high impact violence.
